- Can I try it without paying?
- Yes, and without a card. Level I: two topic quizzes and two mixed quizzes. Level II: two topic quizzes and two mixed quizzes. On top of that, ten Level I questions per topic and a free Level II item set on each of the ten topics are readable on this site with explanations and no account at all.
- How many questions are there?
- Level I has 1,454 questions across all ten topics and 72 subtopics, each mapped to a learning outcome statement. Level II has 111 item sets (444 questions) across all ten topics, plus full 22-set mock exams. Each level is one bank: a subscription opens all of it, and the plans differ on how much you can practise and whether you get the AI tutor, not on how much you can see.
- Why does Level II cost more?
- Level II item sets are longer to write and check: each one is a full case with exhibits and four linked questions, and the mock exams run the full 22 sets. Level II Basic is €24.95 a month; Level I Basic is €19.95.
- Who writes the questions, and how do you know the answers are right?
- They are drafted with large language models, then put through a deterministic validator, a second AI model that re-solves each one blind, and human review.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes. Settings → Subscription, one click, no email required. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Is this affiliated with CFA Institute?
- No. CFAQuiz is independent, these are not past exam questions, and CFA Institute's own curriculum remains the authoritative source. We say so plainly rather than implying an endorsement we do not have.
